Bureau of Personal Health Services

The Bureau of Personal Health Services provides a wide range of services to promote and protect the public’s health. Community health nurses provide services both at the clinic site and in the community. The nurses identify individual and family health needs and coordinate services to meet those needs.

One of the divisions of the Bureau of Personal Health is the Communicable Disease Program. The Communicable Disease Program focuses on the following components:

  • General Communicable Disease Control
  • Community Immunization
  • Sexually Transmitted Infection Control
  • HIV/AIDS Program
  • Tuberculosis

Wednesdays: 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM (by appointment)

Thursdays: 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM (by appointment)
