Code Enforcement

Code Enforcement is responsible for the enforcement of the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code in its entirety. 

The City of Wilkes-Barre requires all commercial renovations, fit-outs, or construction plans to be reviewed by a city code officer before a permit will be issued.
