In honor of National Influenza Vaccination Week, December 1-7, 2019, the Wilkes Barre City Health Department will provide free flu vaccine shots on Monday, December 2, 2019 from 10 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 6 PM at the Kirby Health Center, 71 North Franklin Street, Wilkes-Barre.
