Wilkes-Barre City Cancels Downtown Trick or Treat Event

Mayor George C. Brown reminds residents and visitors that due to the ongoing COVID-19 gathering restrictions, the Downtown Wilkes-Barre Trick or Treat event and NEPR AACA Car Cruise, originally scheduled for Saturday, October 31st from 11 AM to 2 PM has been cancelled.
