Trick-Or-Treating Event Scheduled for Sunday, October 29th in Downtown Wilkes-Barre
The City of Wilkes-Barre, Downtown Wilkes-Barre Business Association, and the Diamond City Partnership invite all ghouls and goblins to “trick or treating” in Downtown Wilkes-Barre on Sunday, October 29th from 12 PM to 3 PM.
South Main Street between Northampton Street and Public Square and Public Square from West Market Street, to South Main Street, and East Market Street will be closed from 11 AM and 4 PM to allow attendees to safely trick or treat. Park & Lock Central, at 52 S. Main St. will be accessible.
