Splash Pad to Close for Season on September 7th

Today, Mayor George C. Brown announced that the Splash Pad at the Dr. Martin Luther King Memorial Park on Coal Street will close for the season on Thursday, September 7th at 5 PM. Due to this week’s high heat, the Mayor and his administration decided to extend the splash pad closure from the day after Labor Day to later this week.
