Labor Day Collection Schedule; Return to Regular DPW Hours

Wilkes-Barre City Hall will be closed on Labor Day, Monday, September 4^th. Additionally, there will be no garbage, recycling, or yard waste collections, Monday, September 4^th. Paper and cardboard recycling and garbage, for residents in Downtown & South Wilkes-Barre 1 , will resume on Tuesday, September 5^th. Yard waste collection resumes for Downtown & South Wilkes-Barre 1 on Monday, September 11^th.

Regular Department of Public Works Hours of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM will return on Tuesday, September 5^th.
