City Hall Closed & DPW Services Postponed

In observance of Veterans Day on Thursday, November 11th, City Hall will be closed and there will be no DPW services. Garbage, Plastics #1-7, Glass, and Can Recycling, and Yard Waste Collection resumes for South Wilkes-Barre 2 on Friday, November 12th. A high volume of collection is expected, therefore, anything not collected on Friday, should be left curbside for pickup the following day. All other collection dates will remain as scheduled, however, delays are possible.
