SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Wilkes-Barre intends to award a contract to an Engineer under this solicitation for the:
Kirby Park ADA and Other Upgrades Project
Proposals will be received electronically at cityhall@wilkes-barre.pa.us until the 23rd day of April 2024 at 12:00 PM local time.
Copies of the proposals may be obtained from the city’s website, www.wilkes-barre.city/bids
Scope of Work is defined in the request for proposals.
The City of Wilkes-Barre reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to request additional information from all proposers, when doing so is in the best interest of the project.
