Halloween Trick or Treating on South Main Street

Wednesday, October 31, 2018 - 4:00pm to 7:00pm

The City of Wilkes-Barre, Downtown Wilkes-Barre Business Association, and Diamond City Partnership invite all ghouls and goblins to wear their Halloween costumes and safely Trick or Treat in downtown Wilkes-Barre. The event will take place this Wednesday, October 31, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.

The following blocks will be closed to traffic before, during, and shortly after the event, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

All cars should be removed from these areas by 12:00 PM:

South Main Street between Northampton St. and Public Square.

Public Square between South Main St. and East Market St.

Wilkes-Barre Police Department will block traffic, and Wilkes-Barre Fire Department will provide First Aid.

Trick or Treaters can visit the following downtown businesses and organizations:
