The City of Wilkes-Barre, Downtown Wilkes-Barre Business Association, and the Diamond City Partnership invite all ghouls and goblins to safely "Trick or Treat" in Downtown Wilkes-Barre on Sunday, October 31, 2021, from 1PM to 3PM.
ROAD CLOSURES from 12-4 PM
South Main St. between Northampton St. and Public Square.
Public Square between South Main St., East Market St., and West Market St.
