City Launches Online Parking Ticket Payment Option

Mayor Tony George is happy to announce that the City of Wilkes-Barre has officially launched its online parking ticket payment option, which is linked on the city’s website.

“Residents and visitors have asked for this option for years. I am happy to add this time-saving feature as another citizen-focused service” said Mayor George.

Wilkes-Barre City partnered with City Hall Systems to offer residents and visitors a fast and convenient method to view and pay parking tickets. To pay a parking ticket online, residents must enter the ticket number and the vehicle license plate number to proceed to pay the ticket(s).

Online parking ticket payment can be made by using your credit or debit card, or electronic check. There is a non-refundable convenience fee of $0.50 for eCheck and 2.95% fee (min $1.00) for credit and debit transactions. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted.

The online ticket payment website can be accessed directly at epay.cityhallsystems.com or through a link on the city’s website at www.wilkes-barre.city/parking
