Civil Service Application

Steps to fill out a Civil Service Application:

1. Obtain application at the link below or at the City Clerk's Office, 4^th Floor, City Hall
2. Pay Filing Fee in the Tax Office, 1^st  Floor, City Hall (cash, check, or money order only)
3. Have completed application notarized prior to filing with the City Clerk's Office
4. File completed application personally in the City Clerk's Office
