Wilkes-Barre City to Open Splash Pad on June 4th

Today, Mayor George C. Brown announced that the City of Wilkes-Barre will open the Coal Street Splash Pad on Friday, June 4th. The Splash Pad will be closed when there are threats of inclement weather.
