Mayor George C. Brown Announces Changes to Garbage Bag Program

Due to a shortage of materials used to make the Blue Wilkes-Barre City Garbage Bags, the manufacture will be providing orange garbage bags as an alternative to the traditional Blue Bags. Both bags will have the required City Seals and will be the same cost. Residents can use both the Blue Bags and the Orange Bags which will be available in stores soon.
