Keep Safe Not Insecure-Domestic Violence 101

The Wilkes-Barre Health Department, in conjunction with Wilkes-Barre NAACP Branch #2306 Health Services Committee, will hold a free, one-hour virtual seminar on April 28th at 6:30 PM.
The “Keep Safe Not Insecure-Domestic Violence 101” program will discuss the effects of Violence Against Partners. Topics that will be discussed include:
- What is Domestic Violence?
- What are the signs of domestic violence?
- How does domestic violence affect society?
- Changes that can be made
- Influencers that can help
- Coaching Boys into Men
- How can you get involved?
The seminar’s guest speaker is Tammy Rogers from Domestic Violence Service Center.
