The City of Wilkes-Barre would like your input regarding the city's most important housing and community development needs and priorities.Every year the City of Wilkes-Barre develops an Annual Action Report, a document required by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.Our goal is to identify housing and community development needs in Wilkes-Barre, as well as strategies to address those priority needs.The survey, which is hosted by Google, can be access by clicking here.
